Endeavour Security Solutions will not collect any information about you except for that which you knowingly provide to us.
Use and Disclosure
Endeavour Security Solutions will only use the information which you provide for the purpose of delivering agreed services to you. Where necessary to fulfill our service and/or warranty obligations to you, Endeavour may provide some information about you to third party product providers.
Your email address provided when you submit an enquiry via our contact form is safe with us and will only be used to service your enquiry. Endeavour will not sell or provide it to any direct mailing service or use it to forward unwanted third party product information to you
Access
You are generally entitled to access and check the personal information we hold about you. Any such request which we receive from you will be handled as expeditiously as possible.
Complaint Resolution
If you wish to make a complaint about a possible breach of your privacy, please contact the Manager, Endeavour Security Solutions in the first instance. Complaints may also be made to the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
